HW-15 Multi-Purpose Hovercraft – A lightweight, high-speed hovercraft (65 km/h on water, 80 km/h on land) for rescue, patrol, law enforcement, and offshore operations. Played a key role in flood relief efforts in Hebei (2023).

This hovercraft features a single-engine, single-propeller design with inner and outer annular ducts for efficient propulsion and lift. Its advanced skirt system creates independent high-pressure air cushions, enhancing lateral stability, obstacle-crossing capability, and course stability.
